David Kuhnen, Class of 2027

The Network for Collaborative Oncology Development & Advancement (NCODA) held its international summit in Orlando, Florida this October. The summit brings together clinicians, pharmacists, technicians, operational leaders and industry partners with a goal of bridging clinical care with emerging therapies in oncology and improving patient access. David Kuhnen, Class of 2027, was selected as a recipient of the oncology career symposium (OCS) scholarship, which provides registration and travel support to student awardees to participate in talks, roundtable discussions, networking events, and speak with leading professionals in the oncology field in order to build awareness on what they do and how they do it.

He attended sessions geared towards navigating oncology therapies and new emerging therapies, and networked with fellow students and current practitioners. “It was an incredible opportunity for students and health professionals to come together and share knowledge on the topic of oncology. NCODA provides a friendly and welcoming environment while educating attendees on cutting edge advances in the field while striving to provide the best quality care to patients,” says Kuhnen.
